Mohammed Faizan is an ARM Platform Application Engineer at Advantech Europe, specialising in technical support and solution enablement for ARM-based embedded platforms. He is the go-to technical expert for customers and partners across the full journey, from concept through to implementation and lifecycle management, building demos, integrations, and proof-of-concepts using the latest embedded AI technologies. Alongside his platform support work, he collaborates closely with edge AI and robotics specialists to enable customer integrations and showcase cutting-edge solutions at industry events, workshops, and exhibitions.

Before joining Advantech, he worked at a robotics company supporting a ROS-based fleet of autonomous mobile robots at customer sites, debugging computer vision and SLAM-based navigation issues in the field. He holds an MSc in Automation and Robotics from Technische Universität Dortmund, Germany, where he researched human-robot collaboration scenarios in different work environments.
